We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to be part of the customer success team in South River, NJ. This person will be an integral part of our company culture. We are quickly changing and growing globally and need a dynamic, flexible, and knowledgeable individual who wants to be part of our culture while focusing on the work it takes to keep everything on track.
Core Responsibilities:
- Review settlements and invoices, compare historical data and/or customer expectations
- Enter data into company ERP and CRM systems
- Support for sales team and customers
Essential Functions:
- Ability to facilitate customers’ final settlements.
- To ensure prompt and proper movement of settlements.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, with a keen mathematical and problem-solving aptitude. Preparatory work involves the aggregation, organization, and quality control review of scheduled transactions, including analysis of settlements against historical and market trends.
- Ability to evaluate shipments and communicate with sales and the customer
- Prepare and analyze reports, follow through with customers’ requests and make sure all tasks and documentation are accurate
- Work closely with the Customer Success Manager and assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual/critical thinking, Ability to think out the box
- Invoicing/settlement, sales, logistics experience
- Strong problem-solving skills analyze the situation to find the best solutions.
- Excellent planning, and time management
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy and multitasking skills are a must
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to Communicate effectively on the phone, by email, and in person
- Capable of adapting when needed
- Listening power and solving problems as a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and effectively multitask.
Compliance:
Be a US Citizen, US permanent resident, or Classified as a protected person. This position necessitates strict adherence to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance. Candidates must meet ITAR requirements to be considered for this role and compliance with the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) program.
