Sibanye-Stillwater is looking for motivated individuals to join our Mechanical Reduction Operations team in Greenville, NC!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operating industrial processing equipment, including crushers, ball mills, and blenders.

  • Moving, weighing, and preparing materials for processing.

  • Operating forklifts and material-handling equipment.

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production area.

  • Working alongside a team committed to safety, quality, and getting the job done right.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.

  • Forklift or machine operation experience is a plus.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work.

  • A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
