Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking an R2 / e-Stewards Quality & Compliance Specialist to help drive the certifications, management systems, and compliance programs supporting our responsible recycling operations.

If you have experience with R2, e-Stewards, ISO management systems, electronics recycling, ITAD, auditing, or certification compliance, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Support R2 and e-Stewards compliance, certification readiness, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain and improve our integrated Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management System (QEHSMS)
  • Support certifications including R2, e-Stewards, RIOS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
  • Coordinate internal, customer, regulatory, and certification audits
  • Manage document control, procedures, work instructions, and Management of Change (MOC)
  • Lead/support CAPA, root cause analysis, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Track quality and compliance KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, HR, and leadership to strengthen compliance

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality, EHS, Industrial Technology, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant quality, compliance, auditing, recycling, ITAD, manufacturing, or industrial experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001
  • Experience with audits, CAPA, document control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Your Experience Will Stand Out If You Have

  • Direct R2 and/or e-Stewards experience
  • Experience with an electronics recycler, ITAD provider, auditing/certification organization, or consulting firm
  • ISO Internal or Lead Auditor experience
  • Experience with RIOS, NAID AAA, or similar certification programs
