We’re hiring 2 Thermal Reduction Operators!

Looking for steady, hands-on work with a consistent weekday schedule? Sibanye-Stillwater is growing our Greenville team and has two openings for dependable, safety-focused Thermal Reduction Operators.

What You’ll Do

• Operate thermal processing and production equipment
• Move pallets, drums, and materials using a forklift
• Load and unload conveyors and processing equipment
• Weigh, label, and track materials
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, gauges, and equipment controls
• Enter production information into computer systems
• Perform basic equipment checks and minor maintenance
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all required safety, PPE, and environmental procedures

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Industrial, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and computers
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Dependable, safety-minded, and ready to learn

Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Location: Greenville, NC
Full-Time • 1st Shift • Onsite
