Warehouse Team Lead (Working Lead)
Fairless Hills, PA | 1st Shift | Onsite

Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to support daily warehouse and receiving operations. This is a working lead role, ideal for a high-performing operator who enjoys staying on the floor, working alongside the team, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently.

This role is not office-based. You will be actively involved in material handling while providing day-to-day guidance and support to a small team.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Work hands-on in warehouse and receiving operations
• Load, unload, stage, and move materials safely and efficiently
• Help guide and support team members during daily work
• Support FIFO material flow and general organization
• Promote safe work practices and housekeeping
• Assist with basic paperwork, tracking, and inventory updates
• Communicate issues or needs to the Supervisor or Manager

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
• Prior working lead or informal lead experience preferred
• Forklift experience strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
