Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling is looking for a motivated, dependable Team Lead – Logistics Warehouse to help drive daily warehouse operations at our Fairless Hills, PA facility.

This is your opportunity to lead by example, work alongside a dedicated team, and make a real impact in an industrial environment where safety, teamwork, and operational excellence come first.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, staging, and material movement.

  • Lead by example, providing hands-on guidance and support to warehouse employees.

  • Help prioritize daily assignments to keep operations safe, organized, and on schedule.

  • Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse documentation.

  • Partner with Logistics, Operations, and Shipping & Receiving to maintain efficient workflow.

  • Promote our Safety First culture and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

This is a working team lead position without direct supervisory responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience.

  • Previous lead or team coordination experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Forklift experience preferred.

  • Basic computer or inventory management system experience.

  • A team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must meet applicable ITAR eligibility and NAID AAA Certification background screening requirements, successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening, and be able to work safely in an industrial environment while wearing required PPE.
