We seek an experienced Sales Support Representative to be part of the sales operation team in South River, NJ. This person will be an integral part of our company culture. We are quickly changing and growing globally and need a dynamic, flexible, and knowledgeable individual who wants to be part of our culture while focusing on the work it takes to keep everything on track.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Review pickups/receiving
  • Enter data into company system
  • Support to Sales, Customers, and Logistics

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to facilitate communication between production and sales.
  • To ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
  • Ability to evaluate shipment’s and communicate with sales and the customer
  • Prepares reports, follow through with customers’ requests and makes sure all tasks and documentation are accurate
  • Coordinates meetings including but not limited to preparing and distributing agendas and other meeting materials, reserving and preparing visits to other offices, and order food if necessary
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual/critical thinking
  • Sales/ receiving’s/logistics
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel)
  • Ability to think out the box
  • Strong problem-solving skills analyzes the situation to find the best solutions.
  • Excellent planning, and time management
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and ability to Communicate effectively on the phone, by email, and in person
  • Effective multi-tasking
  • Investigative skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Capable of adapting when needed
  • Listening power and solve problem as a team
