Job Purpose
To safely and efficiently dismantle and sort materials for precious metal recovery, supporting Sibanye-Stillwater Reldan’s mission of environmental sustainability and circular resource management.
Key Responsibilities
Organize, sort, and dismantle components for precious metal recovery.
Disassemble electronics and other equipment according to process standards.
Work hands-on with a variety of materials and tools.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental protocols.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
No prior experience necessary — training provided.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Reliable transportation and ability to complete pre-employment screenings.
Compliance Requirements
Employment in this position requires compliance with NAID (National Association for Information Destruction) standards and ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements. Candidates must meet all applicable compliance criteria to be eligible for employment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift.
Frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive motions.
Comfortable working in an active production environment.
Consistent use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures.
Schedule
Department: Take Apart and Sorting
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Location: Onsite only — collaboration and safety thrive in person.
